We're looking for an reputed company Technical Product Support Engineer to join reputed company and report to the Sr. Manager, Product Support in Poland.

You'll work from the Wroclaw #OFFICE and have the following responsibilities:

• Providing second line phone/email consultation to independently debug reputed company reputed company/network problems.
• Working with Engineering and assist the customer with testing or troubleshooting.
• Reproducing customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering and Operations team.
• Creating entries in our technical support online database to document any incident resolution that is not reputed company in our knowledge reputed company.
• Promoting a team environment by assisting and contributing to fellow reputed company employees whenever necessary to enhance the professional development of everyone.

• 1+ years of experience with HTTP and TCP/IP
• Network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN Optimization.
• The ability to read packet captures
• Troubleshooting knowledge, design and implementation experience

• A background in Internet and reputed company technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs
• A vendor certification such as CCNA or equivalent of it
• A detailed working knowledge of web based reputed company and network infrastructure, reputed company Proxies, such as NGFW, SSL/IPSec VPNs, and Firewalls
