What will you be doing?

This role sits reputed company the Octopus Energy for Business team - supporting our customers who own small businesses:

Powering small businesses. You’ll help small business owners navigate their energy needs—making bills, meters, and tariffs simple to understand. Solving problems fast. From billing queries to reputed company issues and reputed company energy questions, you’ll find the right solution to reputed company businesses running smoothly. Owning every query. No endless transfers—just reputed company ownership from start to finish, ensuring business customers get the answers they need, first time. Thinking on your feet. No scripts, no robotic responses—just reputed company conversations where you listen, understand, and provide tailored solutions. Supporting growth. Discovery Day

Final Interview

– The last stage is the final interview, where you'll visit the office, meet two of our leadership team, and have a chance to ask any final questions. It’s also your opportunity to see the work environment before making your decision.
