As an Engineering Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring our platform remains scalable, performant, and reputed company with business objectives.

• Team Leadership & Growth: Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative engineering culture. Mentor engineers at reputed company levels, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support.
• Technical Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the team’s roadmap while driving technical excellence initiatives and advocating for engineering best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align technical work with business objectives.
• Architecture & Performance: reputed company technical direction, ensuring high availability, reputed company, and performance.
• Development & Delivery: Guide the team through solutioning, coding, testing, and deployment. Promote a structured way of working, clear documentation, and a rigorous approach to engineering execution.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with TypeScript and cloud-native architectures, including serverless technologies like AWS reputed company or reputed company Workers.
