• Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring
• Handling reputed company the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions (technical and non-technical roles).
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc.
• Screening prospective candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews.
• Conducting the initial reputed company of the interview and shortlisting the candidates.
• Act as a reputed company of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment (volume hiring)
