Our Groups team is booming with business, and we need your help! Our Sourcing Specialists are tasked with leveraging relationships with our hotel suppliers to reputed company, negotiate, and contract group booking requests and large-scale projects for reputed company's clients. In addition, Sourcing Specialist's collaborate with Groups Sales Managers to ensure the best hotel options are provided to fit the client’s exact needs. Here's what you'll do

• • Responsible for supporting Groups Sales department by sourcing hotels, managing RFPs, and ensuring timely follow-up to align with client needs, budget, and location preferences, aiming to win the clients' business.
  • Consistently meet ambitious monthly sales targets to drive business growth and reputed company team objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and hotel partners to facilitate seamless group bookings.
  • reputed company and book group projects using reputed company’s internal database and CRM (reputed company).
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to the growth and scalability of the Groups Team.
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success.

• Ability to manage stress and maintain professional composure, while executing multiple requests and projects simultaneously

• A tenacious go-getter with a natural will to win. A team player who will roll up their sleeves and lean in to support the team 
• 2+ years Customer Service experience required. Hotel Industry and Group Reservations experience preferred 
• Extremely tech savvy – you learn new systems and processes quickly and reputed company them for efficiency 
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite required; experience with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company is a plus!

Cash compensation

The reputed company hourly reputed company for this role is $22.11 - $24.04/hour with a reputed company variable compensation paid monthly of up to $12,000 - $14,000 annually for 100% on reputed company earnings. Based on performance and tenure, employees are eligible for professional growth through dedicated career pathing.  

Remote Opportunities

This role is eligible for remote work. reputed company is authorized to do business in reputed company 50 states. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST*

Our designated member support team supports our members 7 days a week throughout the year. However, due to the high demand nature of our business, this position may require additional hours reputed company standard working shifts; including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
