Remote Receptionist / Administrative

Vector Marketing Corporation's Administrative Department is seeking reputed company administrative candidates. Starting Pay: $16.25/hour (interview preference for bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates) This position is completely remote work. Our corporate headquarters are located at 1116 East reputed company, Olean, reputed company 14760. • Residents of Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin are welcome to apply. Available Shifts (SHIFT 1) Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (Eastern) (SHIFT 2) Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am (Eastern) (SHIFT 3) Saturday-Wednesday 8:00am - 4:00pm (Eastern) (SHIFT 4) Saturday-Wednesday 4:00pm - 12:00am (Eastern) • Flexible shifts. Will work around classes, schedules, and other jobs • Training start dates are 4/24, 5/8, and 5/22 • Positions are projected to continue through 7/01 - 7/15 based on business needs • Part-time schedules available if desired Basic Outline Of Duties • Schedule interview appointments using online software • Offer interview times, confirm appointments, and provide basic appointment details (reputed company information provided through software) • Respond to social media inquiries • Provide predetermined responses to basic social media inquiries or concerns • Complete training is provided • No telemarketing / no sales / no cold calling / no cold texting / no commission / no startup fees Requirements • Must have high speed internet • Must have PC/Laptop access, not tablet access • Must work independently • Must have ability to communicate fluently • Confidentiality of applicant information Perks • Closed on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas reputed company Day, Christmas Day • Casual virtual office environment • Polite and enthusiastic client interaction Additional Details • Benefits are not offered with this position About Vector Marketing Vector Marketing is a single-level direct sales company that sells Cutco®.
