We are now hiring an SDR to join The Scalers team. This is a reputed company important role, where you will be on the reputed company lines of our go-to-market efforts into Europe, to successfully generate new qualified leads & opportunities for the European BDM team. Reporting directly to the SDR Manager, this role can be based in either the Netherlands, Sweden or Germany. reputed company in the local language, as well as English, is a must-have.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand The Scalers unique value proposition and be able to reputed company this in a way that piques curiosity

  • High-level understanding of pricing and customer use cases to be able to provide an engaging introduction

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads with the aim of converting these to qualified leads and booked meetings

  • Manage responses and follow up outbound email campaigns with the aim of qualifying leads using SPICED methodology and booking qualified meetings

  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s SDR and reputed company-reputed company playbooks

  • Utilise our sales tech stack, including reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, and Apollo to generate leads

  • Nurture your existing pipeline to generate new opportunities

  • Work with marketing and internal research teams to build a list of reputed company accounts and contacts across our key reputed company regions in The Nordics, The Netherlands, and DACH to build multi-touch outbound campaigns to engage prospects 

  • Identify decision-makers reputed company our reputed company companies and find warm talking points to be able to introduce our solution to meet a potential need

  • Structure your daily activities and be accountable for reputed company follow-up actions 

  • Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log reputed company activities and actions, and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables

  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

  • Build a network with tech leaders across mid-large companies across your local market and Western Europe (CTO / CIO / SVP Engineering / Head of Digital / Director of Transformation / Head of Software Development)

  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and Research teams to improve reputed company reputed company processes

You’re a good fit if you: 

  • Have min. 1 year of outbound BDR / SDR experience, with a track record of exceeding reputed company targets

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must have strong oral and written English skills)

  • Have good working knowledge of reputed company Sales Navigator and other reputed company-reputed company / prospecting tools

  • Are motivated, with a self-starter attitude, and are hungry to succeed in sales

  • Are flexible and adaptable to change

Highly desirable:

  • A good understanding of the technology landscape or experience in the outsourcing / offshoring industry would be advantageous
