About the Team:

The B2B team operates like a startup reputed company reputed company — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees.

This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.

You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales and marketing team around strategy and execution.

The role:

As a Key Account Executive at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales reputed company especially the healthcare sector and corporations. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, telehealth providers, and health plans to reputed company large-scale deals. You will reputed company your experience in enterprise sales to expand reputed company's footprint in healthcare, delivering innovative food solutions that meet the needs of patients, providers, and payers.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive reputed company growth by developing and executing strategies to secure enterprise-level partnerships reputed company healthcare, including with hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, and health plans.
  • Build the playbook for successfully selling into these high value customers and coach / nurture future Account Executives to do the same
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, creating tailored solutions that align with the unique needs of healthcare organizations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for enterprise deals, including reputed company reputed company, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of reputed company solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of securing high-value deals.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and familiarity with sales pipeline management.
  • Strong track record of closing high value deals from multiple sources including conferences, to direct reputed company and network events.
Preferred requirements:
  • Experience working on enterprise deals exceeding $500K in total contract value.
  • Established network reputed company the healthcare sector, providing access to key decision-makers and influencers.
  • A passion for food and interest in the concept of “food as medicine”, or background in food services, nutrition, or wellness-reputed company industries, particularly reputed company a healthcare context.

Compensation
  • reputed company final pay rates will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
  • Pay Range for this position: $180K–$220K (reputed company + OTE)
