This Manager position will be located in the US as part of the reputed company Risk Management & Risk reputed company team (reputed company&RO). The Manager will join the Committee Governance & Policy Management (CGPM) team reputed company reputed company&RO. CGPM owns the reputed company and governance for reputed company’s management committees and is responsible for orchestrating reputed company Risk Management Committee meetings (ERMC) and partnering closely with General Counsel’s Organization to organize board risk committee meetings. CGPM also owns and oversees the governance of reputed company’s policies and is responsible for the lifecycle of US management policies. Additionally, the team supports novel risk-reputed company projects at the discretion of the Head of reputed company&RO. In reputed company aspects of its work, CGPM engages with leaders across the company, with unique reputed company into key risks and mitigation strategies. Responsibilities: • Support committee and board meetings preparation • Support and drive initiatives reputed company to uplifting the governance of reputed company’s policy and committee population • Help maintain CGPM’s reputed company policy, team procedures, and other critical documentation • reputed company annual exercise to validate compliance with committee and policy governance requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus • Strong communication skills a must, particularly written communication • Discretion reputed company exposed to restricted/secret company information • Self-starter who works well independently in white space • reputed company to effectively manage multiple and often conflicting priorities under tight timeframes and adapt to frequent change • reputed company to reputed company without authority derived from band level • Highly organized with attention to detail, sense of follow-through, and accountability Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
