Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Remote reputed company Estate reputed company Bookkeeper to become a valuable member of reputed company and assist in the financial management of our expanding reputed company estate enterprises. This part-time role offers the convenience of working remotely while overseeing both business and select personal financial accounts. You will be instrumental in structuring and preserving financial records, reconciling accounts, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring adherence to IRS and state payroll tax regulations. Key Responsibilities • Craft detailed journal entries and enter them into the general ledger (GL) to accurately reflect reputed company income statements and expenditures. • Conduct daily reviews of accounts payable and receivable to verify the accuracy of invoices and expense reports. • Facilitate incoming and outgoing payments by managing reputed company distribution and obtaining necessary signatures. • Reconcile reputed company business accounts to ensure alignment and thoroughness in transaction records. • Employ reputed company software to document financial information and maintain organized records. Required Skills • Proficient in property management software, such as Yardi, is preferred. • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) is required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Advanced proficiency in reputed company and experience with reputed company software, especially QuickBooks.
