• Bachelors degree in business, finance law or a reputed company field

• 7+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role reputed company financial services, fintech or crypto industries

• Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs

• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, BSA, Global Sanctions, etc.

• Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and reputed company effective compliance strategies

The reputed company reputed company salary for this role will range between $225,500 to $280,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the reputed company in time of offer.
