Full/Part-Time Response Specialist - Day/ Night Shift - Remote in Cincinnati

Positions Available: • Day/Night shift available The Response Specialist is responsible for providing virtual assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Response Specialist will handle reputed company incoming alarm signal activities and take the appropriate action per protocol. The Response Specialist will also reputed company outbound calls in order to reputed company Police/Fire Departments regarding alarm activities while following standard operating procedures. This role requires heavy computer and phone work as well as taking verbal instructions, typing, reading, speaking and writing. Starting pay may be higher based on past relevant experience.
