As our Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping Stora’s product experience, driving innovation, and setting the design reputed company for our platform. • Full-cycle design ownership: reputed company projects from discovery and problem definition through to concept testing, covering user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborative development: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals, support product development, and ensure designs meet customer needs.

• Systematic design: Apply systems thinking to design scalable solutions, as we plan for reputed company updates and new products over the coming years.

• User-centric approach: Engage directly with customers to validate designs, gathering feedback to refine and improve user experiences.

• Design leadership: Set a strong example in the team by actively participating in peer feedback and design reviews, fostering a collaborative and creative culture. Mentor and guide junior designers.

• Versatility: Comfortable working across the full design stack, from initial concepts to prototyping and testing, and wearing multiple hats as needed.

7+ years as a product designer with a proven record of designing and delivering web or mobile applications. Ideally in a startup or agile environment, where adapting to change is the norm.

• 4 or 5-day week: Choose between working a 4 (32 hour) or 5 (40 hour) day week.

• Competitive salary: £70,000 for 5 days or £56,000 for 4-day week.
