Job Description

This person will help establish a high quality bar for our product with their team and ensure that this is sustained throughout the product for new and existing features. They will also work together with engineering and product leaders to ensure that we carry thoughtful design and user experience throughout our product. They’ll be working closely with UXR and Brand Design to establish consistency from our product reputed company the way into our marketing materials

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4+ Product Designers and reputed company team rituals (e.g. Crits) and cross-functional collaboration.
