Summary: The Eligibility Representative, under minimal supervision, will resolve requests received by the policyholder with an efficient, professional, courteous and friendly manner and follow through each inquiry/request until completion. Consistently maintains department standards for quantity and quality. The processor will retain and utilize information, policies, procedures, and resources to ensure accurate and efficient responses to our customers and business partners.
