We are looking for full-time, Extended Care Clinicians who will deliver fully remote text and video based, on demand care encompassing acute care. You will be responsible for providing extended and after hours care to our patient population for ages three and up. You must be a board certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician and have an active CA state medical license.
