Remote Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant | WFH

Key Responsibilities • Deliver specialized Physiatry/PM&R services aimed at enhancing patient quality of life in SNFs. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage various conditions including CVA, reputed company neurological diseases, and post-operative orthopedic care. • Partner with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to monitor and improve patient outcomes. • Participate in facility meetings to provide leadership and reputed company the gap between therapy and internal medicine. • Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to a community of like-minded professionals.
