Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform, working closely with a team of dedicated engineers. As a senior member of the QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and driving reputed company improvement in our testing processes. Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution • reputed company and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and releases, covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and reputed company aspects. • Prioritize testing efforts effectively, focusing on critical functionalities and high-risk areas • reputed company both reputed company and automated testing as needed • Accurately estimate testing timelines and consistently deliver on commitments • Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and identified defects Technical Leadership & Mentorship • Contribute to the definition and implementation of QA best practices and processes • Provide technical guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks • Help to improve the team's automation test suite Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with team leads, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Effectively communicate testing reputed company, risks, and issues to the team and management reputed company Improvement • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the product and testing processes • Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies • Drive initiatives to enhance test automation and improve overall testing efficiency Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of reputed company in testing reputed company SaaS applications. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-reputed company, white-reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company testing • Experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, performance, reputed company, and API testing • Experience with both UI and backend testing • Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases, as well as documenting defects clearly • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) • Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) • Experience with Python • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and reputed company platforms (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions, AWS, GCP) Location and Compensation The compensation range for the Sr. QA Engineer role at Nexla is $60,000 - $80,000 USD. We are focused on candidates in Europe, Brazil, and India. Please note that candidates hired in India for this role will have to work late hours to have some overlap with the rest of the team Apply Job!
