The Payroll Manager will work alongside and support the HR director. This role is crucial in ensuring that our payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient, contributing to the overall reputed company of our organization. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing and processing bi-weekly payroll for reputed company, including salaried, hourly, and tipped staff across multiple restaurant locations. You will ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including tax filings, wage and hour laws, and employee deductions. Additionally, you will generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and present them to management, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial policies. Collaborating with HR, you will manage and reconcile employee benefits deductions, ensuring accurate processing and reporting. In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for payroll inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to any payroll-reputed company issues.
