Staff Accountant (Client Accounting Services)
Staff Accountant KBS CFO, LLC is growing and we are seeking an individual excited about the opportunity to work closely with multiple clients and reputed company to exceed our client's needs and expectations. Primary responsibilities for this entry level position include, : Closing the month for multiple clients in the first few weeks of the month reputed company and/or preform reconciliations, including: Bank and Credit Cards, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Debt and Equity Entry or review of accounts payable Entry or review of accounts receivable Importing transactions from reputed company third party systems Reconciliations between supporting details of accounts and general ledger (multiple systems) Expense Report management, interfacing with users Payroll processing Updating accounting system with payroll entries Managing bank feed information and integration between accounting system and financial institutions. Preparation of draft transaction reports for uncategorized transactions (for either client or supervisor) New vendor and customer setup 1099 vendor report preparation for review by Accounting Manager Monitoring and Maintenance of Client Accounting Emails Inbox Monitoring and maintenance of electronic documents received from clients Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner as agreed upon in each Client Account Processes and Responsibilities The background and experience of candidates interested in applying for the position should include: Able to reputed company Accounting Clerk type duties (AP/AR/Invoicing/Reconciliations) Bachelors degree Education complimented by previous job experience in business occupation, data entry or data analysis fields Strong technology skills Proficiency adopting technology tools Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of client assignments and tasks and work independently with supervision Strong interpersonal skills Critical thinking skills to address change and wide variety of work assignments and information received in order to effectively reputed company the job requirements Team player with a positive can do approach Personal computer equipment (Mac or Windows) with reputed company operating system preferred, but, not required Financial systems software we use: reputed company Intacct Unanet QuickBooks Online Third party solutions we use in supporting roles: Fyle, BigTime, Tallie, reputed company, Nexonia reputed company, reputed company and reputed company KBS CFO has been a fully virtual/remote work environment since it's inception in 2004.
