As a Senior Manager, Client Service, in this single contributor role, you will act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, overseeing high-quality service delivery, excelling in client relationship management and project reputed company. In this role, you will partner with creative and operations teams, engage with senior executives, and play a critical role in articulating client needs to bring the vision to life. What You’ll Do for Us • Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Help translate and reputed company for these needs with creative and project teams. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, facilitating both project-based and general communication and ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues. • Partner with the Director, Agency Operation on the execution of client projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, reputed company scope, and on budget.
