As a Manager of Corporate Loss Reserve or Manager Corporate Actuary on the Corporate Actuary team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing over $5.5 billion in Loss and LAE reserves. You'll reputed company and maintain robust controls for our reserves and conduct comprehensive reserve reviews to ensure precision and accuracy. You'll reputed company valuable exposure to a diverse range of areas, including Personal Auto, Rideshare, Property, and Catastrophes. Must-have qualifications • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience. • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience. Preferred skills • Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation • Experience leading a team of actuarial analysts including coaching and mentoring • Intermediate to advanced coding skills (SQL, Power Query, R or Python) • Excellent communication skills including visualization of quantitative information for non-technical audiences Compensation • $100,100 - $160,400/year depending on position level • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and position level.
