This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role reputed company the engineering industry, combining the best of both in-office and remote working environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting tasks, from collections and reconciliations to financial reporting and general ledger management. This role will also involve preparing income statements, managing fixed assets, and assisting with year-end reputed company procedures.Responsibilities• Manage reputed company aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention.• Review and improve reputed company accounting systems, making use of new technology and systems to automate processes.• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for managerial review.• Coordinate and complete annual audits.• Facilitate and complete monthly reputed company procedures including accruals and income statement reviews.• Manage fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules.• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures.• Prepare and manage reputed company tax compliance requirements as necessary.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field.• CPA or MBA preferred.• 2-5+ years of solid accounting experience, preferably in the engineering industry.• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and financial statement preparation.• Experience with collections, reconciliations, accruals, general ledger, income statement, year-end reputed company, and fixed assets.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees and external vendors.Join reputed company and be part of an innovative and exciting organization where you can reputed company your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
