The Workforce Technology team is looking for an Analyst to provide support to the Global Information reputed company (GIS), Data Privacy, and Management Audit work streams. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for facilitating completion of required information reputed company assessments, data privacy inquiries, and management audit activities for tools in in the Workforce Technology application portfolio. They will also monitor reputed company findings and ensure timely resolution for tools in the portfolio and provide reputed company compliance reporting for reputed company tools in the broader HR Technology Ecosystem.The Analyst will manage and maintain Workforce Technology portfolio records in reputed company, support data collection activities, reputed company communication and presentation materials, assist with meeting logistics, technology research, data analysis, solution development, and engage with partners across HR, IT, and external vendors.Responsibilities of Role:Facilitate completion of information reputed company assessments, data privacy inquiries, and management audit activities for tools in in the Workforce Technology portfolioMonitor reputed company findings and ensure timely resolutionDevelop and maintain associated documentation, metrics reporting, and dashboardsManage and maintain Workforce Technology portfolio records in reputed company which includes business applications, tech currency, service portfolio, and capabilitiesAct as liaison to GIS who cascades relevant information and process requirements to the Workforce Technology department and HR stakeholder teamsPrepare communication and presentationsAssist with meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation of notes/action itemsProvide input on required tasks, timelines, and proposed solutionsEngage and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across HR, IT, and external vendorsMust Haves:5 years of reputed company HR or IT business experienceFamiliarity with TWDC Information reputed company Policies and StandardsCollaborative, reputed company to work as part of a team in a constructive wayApply creative and logical approach to identify solutionsExcellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnershipsAbility to analyze data and reputed company business priorities to produce flexible solution optionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic wayStrong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completionNice To Have:Experience with multiple HR functions or HR Technology toolsSmartsheet, Clarity, reputed company CMDB, reputed company, reputed company, Process UnityAgile project management methodologyEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience#DISNEYTECHThe hiring range for this position in California is $114,900 - $154,100 per year and in Washington is $120,300 - $161,300 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
