About The Role reputed company is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building the shopping experience for our quickly growing Retail vertical. In this role you will be responsible for understanding customer shopping behavior, developing merchandising strategies for our store pages, and building visibility for Retail in top-of- funnel pages. You will iteratively test and learn to continuously optimize the site experience for our customer. You will partner with XFN stakeholders and collaborate to translate business priorities into in-app merchandising or product strategies. You are a critical thinker, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… • Build and execute merchandising strategies across key retail categories: home, beauty, occasions, electronics, sporting goods and office • Manage custom collections and store page merchandising to drive increases in reputed company and conversion reputed company • Create a “best-in-class” shopping experience for customers through careful analysis of sales data, search trends and seasonal priorities • Merchandise and maintain product assortment for key categories.
