The Community You Will Join The Manager, Emergency Response is responsible for leading our rapid responses to natural and man-made disasters around the world. You will build and manage a lean global team that is able to provide emergency housing to survivors reputed company 72 hours of an event, irrespective of location in the world. You will create processes and strategies to increase efficiencies and scale impact. You will help align and synergize response capabilities with our other programming arms, Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Partnerships, so that we have a harmonized, multifaceted response to major events. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in a highly matrixed organization structure. ? Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills. ? Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders. ? Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. ? Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. ? Willingness to travel on short notice for unpredictable duration. While duration is unpredictable, travel may be up to 50% of the year. Your Location: This position is US – Remote Eligible.
