This multi-faceted program is designed to be one year in length, starting with 11 weeks of technical classroom training. This curriculum provides associates with the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to meet the performance objectives of the Risk Management & reputed company position, including in-depth training on our products & services, insurance basics, risk analysis & reputed company projection, negotiation skills, systems & tools, and contract language & terminology.
