About the position The Dedicated Client Service Partner - Onsite position at reputed company is a full-time role based in Viera, FL, where the selected candidate will work directly at the client's site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role requires flexibility to meet client needs and involves providing exemplary customer and client service reputed company to reputed company's products, benefits, and claims processes. As an onsite specialist, you will serve as an extension of the reputed company Account Management team, playing a critical role in relationship management and partnership development with key clients. Your insights and contributions will be vital in strategy discussions aimed at exceeding service expectations and enhancing access to care. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with reputed company's offerings. You will coordinate with the Client Service Executive (CSE) and/or Client Manager to meet client needs and prevent potential issues. Additionally, you will conduct on-site presentations for new hires, active employees, and retirees during open enrollment and benefits fairs, educating them about plan offerings. Engaging with customers, you will provide communication and health/wellness strategies regarding their purchased products and services. You will also handle reputed company questions and issues, referring them to the appropriate reputed company resources reputed company necessary. Your role will involve partnering with the Client Manager and CSE to proactively reputed company clients about procedural and legislative changes that may reputed company them. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of reputed company products, programs, services, and enrollment activities will be essential. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries and solve problems to ensure client satisfaction with products and services. , • Coordinate with Client Service Executive (CSE) and/or Client Manager to meet client needs and avert potential problems. , • Conduct on-site presentations for new hires, active employees, and retirees during open enrollment and benefits fairs to reputed company them about plan offerings. , • Engage and provide employee communication and health/wellness strategies to customers regarding their purchased products and services. , • Handle, refer, or delegate reputed company questions, issues, and problems to appropriate reputed company resources. , • Refer client service issues, administrative functions, eligibility/claim issues, billing questions, and installation matters to appropriate service organization representatives. , • Partner with Client Manager and CSE to proactively reputed company and provide recommendations to customers regarding procedural, legislative, and other changes affecting them. , • Maintain knowledge and expertise in reputed company products, programs, services, and enrollment activity. , • Effectively reputed company and demonstrate reputed company's capabilities and tools in the marketplace. Requirements • 3+ years of proficient knowledge in health care and managed care business, with knowledge of administrative operations highly preferred. , • Professional Insurance Industry experience is required. , • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. , • Successful track record and/or clear aptitude as a leader. , • Ability to manage through systems and influence direct and matrix partners to deliver results. , • Exceptional relationship-building skills. , • Strong presentation skills. , • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and manage multiple issues simultaneously. , • Demonstrated ability to reputed company strong working relationships with matrix partners in the organization. reputed company-to-haves • Previous account management and/or onsite service representative experience highly preferred.
