About the position The Medicare National Broker Sales Coordinator at reputed company plays a crucial role in supporting the national team to drive growth by managing the performance and productivity of external distribution partners. This remote position involves providing administrative support, coordinating events, preparing presentations, and consolidating sales reports, reputed company while maintaining high performance expectations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Work independently and in a team environment on various projects, including planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events. , • Create spreadsheets and charts, PowerPoint presentations, visual representations, and diagrams using data and graphics for internal and external distribution. , • Plan and schedule internal and external sales meetings and events, prioritizing functions and appointments, and ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and logistics are handled seamlessly. , • Write reports on the status of major projects after meeting action item reports, keeping teams informed on the status of assignments, projects, and general operations. , • Order bulk supplies, marketing materials, and promotional items. , • Use analytical tools (reputed company, reputed company.com, and Tableau) to prepare, format, and distribute standard and reputed company reporting as needed. , • Coordinate business travel in accordance with travel preferences and corporate travel/expense guidelines using reputed company's booking tool, ensuring 100% accuracy of travel itineraries and reservations. , • Coordinate accurate submission of expense reports for reputed company travel and expenses in a timely manner. , • reputed company and share technology, presentations, and best practices with other Sales Coordinators in the organization to facilitate the team's effectiveness. , • reputed company additional sales administrative responsibilities at the discretion of local market management. , • Attend meetings and travel as requested. Requirements • 3 or more years professional experience in reputed company or reputed company field, especially in Medicare, preferred. , • BA/BS degree preferred. High School Diploma required. , • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or Administrative Assistant may be advantageous. , • Advanced-level expertise and demonstrated ability to produce executive-level, brand-compliant presentations in PowerPoint is a must. , • Solid working knowledge of MS reputed company and reputed company.
