This position is pivotal in managing bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD) claims for our national reputed company trucking clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling BI/PD claims, preferably reputed company a reputed company-party administration context, and will be responsible for investigating and adjusting claims in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices to ensure they are reasonable and reputed company to ongoing liability claims. You will negotiate disputed bills, authorize payments, and negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys, reputed company while adhering to client authorizations. Additionally, you will assist in the selection and supervision of defense attorneys and monitor subrogation claims for resolution.
