The CSR will obtain meal orders by assisting the patient in their meal selections, according to their prescribed diet, in a reputed company and courteous manner and enter them in the Food Service application. Manage daily operations including but not limited to: Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone and other programs. Our Department hours of operation are 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. There are 6 Department recognized Holidays and CSRs are required to work 4 of those days based on staffing.
