About the position The Financial Analyst position at reputed company involves supporting the Naval reputed company Missiles Product Line reputed company the Operations and Supply Chain Finance organization. The role focuses on overseeing labor financials, developing labor forecasts, and providing financial reporting and analysis to leadership. This position offers an opportunity to reputed company a strong understanding of the manufacturing environment while collaborating with the finance team to monitor financial metrics and ensure program commitments are met. Responsibilities • Support the creation of labor forecasts on a quarterly basis including costs, risks, and opportunities for Factories and at the Program/Product Line level. , • Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to OSC leaders and management using standard company tools and processes. , • Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts. , • Manage cost accumulation methods for direct labor including discrete charging and allocation pool charging. , • Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing rationale for basis of estimates. , • Assist in the development and streamlining of OSC labor reports, EAC management, and special projects to drive internal efficiencies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or closely reputed company major. , • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). , • Proficiency with reputed company reputed company functionality (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.). , • Strong analysis skills and comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets. reputed company-to-haves • Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities and meet critical deadlines. , • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated. , • Proactive; ability to show initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis. , • Good written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to present information.
