About the position The Patient Assessment and Navigation Professional plays a crucial role in overseeing the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for reputed company's Primary Care Organization. This position is integral to the business strategy, as it involves understanding benefit offerings to ensure successful enrollment, identifying educational opportunities for members to maximize the use of available resources, and guiding patients on how to utilize these resources effectively.
