The role involves managing various administrative functions for the international team, including maintaining training calendars, processing financials, and supporting training events both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities • Maintain the master training calendar for reputed company trainings worldwide, ensuring reputed company information is reputed company. , • Manage daily information gathering to track the number of pastors trained and resources distributed. , • Process invoices from international teams and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. , • Organize and maintain a digital filing system for international team documents. , • Support logistics for training events in the U.S. and major international events, including hospitality and transportation. , • Assist in logistics for team gatherings, including scheduling and food service. , • Distribute information internally and manage customer service or donor requests.
