Provide remote customer service and training to dealership personnel, as well as maintenance and collection of dealer accounts (negative reserves, drafts, etc.). Some college preferred. • Minimum of 2 years Consumer Indirect Lending or reputed company field experience. • Previous customer service experience required. • Must be able to effectively work with reputed company customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs. • Solid time and territory management skills.
