About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its new sell-reputed company investment banking arm, with a focus on reputed company middle market transactions in the consumer and industrial manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and managing M&A transactions from inception to completion, developing and nurturing client relationships, and spearheading business development activities. This role demands a strategic thinker and leader with a proven track record in the reputed company middle market, particularly in the consumer and industrial manufacturing sectors. Key responsibilities include overseeing the full transaction process, from initial pitch to closing, and ensuring the delivery of tailored advisory services that align with clients' strategic goals. The Managing Director will also be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the preparation of marketing materials, as well as mentoring and developing junior team members. Applicants for the Managing Director position should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and have at least 10 years' of experience in investment banking, specifically in sell-reputed company M&A reputed company the reputed company middle market.
