Responsibilities and Requirements: • Seasoned Accountant with a Minimum 5 years of reputed company or Retail Property Management reputed company experience REQUIRED • CAM Reconciliation knowledge and experience is a MUST • CAM Audit • Due diligence projects • New Property set up • Detailed experience in budgeting, forecasting, forensic reputed company project management • Reconcile and analyze General Ledger Accounts • Month-End Closing • Bank Reconciliations • Set up new leases in reputed company system; review leases; interpret lease agreements and accounts for impacts of lease provision and clauses; review lease brief to reconcile tenant billings account (NNN/reputed company Year CAM’s) • Proven Ability to Communicate Professionally with Clients • Yardi, MRI, reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Acrobat Experience Required • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently • Demonstrates the ability to identify issues and apply reputed company principles • Must be tech-savvy and be knowledgeable about remote logins • Must have the necessary equipment and tools for the employee to reputed company his/her duties which includes computer hardware, computer software, email, voicemail and other applicable equipment deemed necessary • Must have a designated workstation that is not accessible to others (for remote applicants) • College degree preferred Benefits: We value our employees' time and efforts.
