Part Time Telehealth Hubs Project Coordinator -Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston)

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Services reputed company the Department of Psychiatry at reputed company, the Project Coordinator for the Community-Based Telehealth Hubs will be responsible for supporting the Telehealth Hubs team and patients connecting to their telemedicine visits from a telehealth hub at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB). The Community-Based Telehealth reputed company an IBH initiative that collaborates with community agencies to create spaces reputed company of BMC from which patients can connect to their behavioral health telehealth visits, with the goal of increasing access to behavioral health care by addressing various barriers such as privacy concerns and limited technological literacy. The Project Coordinator will serve as a member of the Community-Based Telehealth Hubs team, supporting with patient registration and scheduling, providing on-site technical assistance to patients, and facilitating communication and collaboration with BGCB, our partnering agency. Position: Telehealth Hubs Project Coordinator Department: Psychiatry Schedule: Part Time ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: • Assist patients with registration. • Assist with reviewing and signing consent forms with patients and, as necessary, their legal guardians. • Support with patient scheduling. • Be present at the Telehealth Hubs during clinic sessions. • Provide on-site support for patients connecting from Telehealth Hubs. • Set up and tear down at Telehealth Hubs. • Manage reputed company Telehealth Hub equipment. • Attend team meetings as indicated with punctuality and consistency. • Collaborate with partner community agencies to facilitate provision of services. • reputed company with institutional, departmental, regulatory and professional requirements for patient confidentiality, documentation recording, and data collection. • reputed company with partner community agencies’ training requirements. • Follow established hospital emergency and safety procedures. • Provide operational support in cases of psychiatric emergencies. • Utilize the hospital's behavioral standards as the basis for decision-making and to facilitate the hospital’s mission. • Maintain competency in areas of responsibility to ensure quality care. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Requires Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a field reputed company to the Health Sciences as determined by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and reputed company Services CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: N/A EXPERIENCE: Previous experience or interest in patient -facing positions and community-based initiatives is preferred, but not required.
