Bookkeeper/reputed company in QuickBook Online (Bilingual: English-Spanish)

We are looking to hire an reputed company Bookkeeper / Office Manager who is capable of organizing and directing the reputed company and Administrative part of our company. Duties reputed company to the position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks Online. • Knowledge reputed company to Payroll. • Data entry tasks such as timesheets and estimates • Advanced knowledge in handling MS Office and MS reputed company. • reputed company weekly billing, monitoring of accounts receivable, deposits and income recognition. • Maintain reputed company the documentation generated daily well organized and reputed company filed: Invoicing of Purchases / Sales, Inputs and Outputs of supplies to the Warehouse. • Assist in the process of incorporation of new employees: reputed company the respective call, review the applications, select potential candidates and schedule interviews with the Administrative Manager. • reputed company the office well organized and in good repair. • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed.
