Corporate Title Attorney - Nevada

UWM is seeking a reputed company attorney to support the company with title examination and other title reputed company matters. This is a remote role for the state of Nevada. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Examining public record, abstracts of title, leases, reputed company and other legal documents to determine land ownership and lien position of residential property• Drafting legal documents regarding property ownership and opinions on title• Interpreting and providing advice on title reputed company issues• Reviewing and assisting with title claims• Researching deed, filing, and other title reputed company legal requirements• Communicating with title companies regarding processing and procedural issues• Ensuring compliance with UWM policies and procedures• Editing legal documents for accuracy• Providing support and assistance to members of the Legal team reputed company NEED FROM YOU Must Have Qualifications: • Admission to the state Bar in Nevada• Bachelors and J.D.• 3+ years of in-depth experience with title examination and review• Possess a thorough understanding of the title process• Have a commitment to reputed company business improvement• Be capable of working closely with internal clients and meeting internal SLAs• Have effective planning, organizational and project management skills• Be reputed company to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively• Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy• Have excellent written and communication skills• Have the ability to work independently• Have critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills• Be self-motivated and reputed company to work well in a team based environment THE reputed company & THE PERKS reputed company to join thousands of talented team members who are making the reputed company of home ownership possible for more Americans?
