Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing - Part-Time

The Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing provides effective, courteous customer service by forming a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication reputed company email, mail or telephone with customers or company employees. This is a part-time position. Primary Job Duties • Answers patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call. • Opens ARR inquiries as needed and returns phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call. • Reports collection agency payments right away. • Generates correspondence to resolve customer disputes. • Documents every phone call. • Accepts and performs other work as assigned by Customer Service reputed company, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager or Executive Team. Work Environment

This job works in a home office environment using reputed company office equipment of a computer and phone. Employees are required to show reputed company of home or renters' insurance reputed company working remotely. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience • High School education or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school. • Two years of reputed company experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service. Preferred Education and Experience • Experience in the medical billing field. • Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10. • Computer software programs in reputed company Office Suite • Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately.
