Requirements: - Experience: 6 years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets). - Customer Focus: Customer-oriented approach. - Financial Skills: Budget management experience. - Technical Background: Software Development Management experience and previous experience as a Software Engineer. - Methodologies: Experience with Agile Methodologies. - Communication: Strong communication skills. - Education: Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. - Language Skills: Advanced English level.
