Connecting. Growing together. We are seeking a reputed company attorney for a position in the United reputed company legal department for the Central Region for the Network Legal Team. The lawyer in this role will support the United reputed company Network team in their work developing and managing United reputed company’s network of hospitals, physicians and other providers for its reputed company, Medicare and reputed company plans. The lawyer will directly participate in the negotiation of the largest provider reputed company in their assigned states and support a large team of UHN personnel in a variety of legal needs, including pre-litigation contractual disputes and negotiations. Primary Responsibilities: Provide legal support for certain Central Region network markets on the Network Legal Team. The Central Region includes the following markets: TX, NE, OK, MO, IA, IL, IN, KY, MN, KS, SD, ND and MIWork collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals across the reputed company Serve as counsel to leadership in the development, structuring and execution of reputed company aspects of the company’s relationships with reputed company providers Draft and negotiate reputed company with our largest and most reputed company health care provider partners Manage the resolution of disputes, support arbitration proceedings and draft settlement agreements Acquire deep knowledge of the industry and the specific business practices of the company’s provider network operations You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
