Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to assess staffing requirements and provide updates on applicant progress. • Guide drivers through the application processes for clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. • Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions, managing logistics related to travel and accommodations. • Perform administrative tasks and assist with additional team needs as required. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Customer service experience is advantageous. • Familiarity with recruitment or logistics processes is beneficial but not mandatory. Qualifications • No prior experience necessary; full training is provided. • Availability during normal business hours is essential. • Experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus, but not a requirement.
