About the position The part-time remote Customer Service Representative at Dex Imaging is responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services. This role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. The position offers reputed company, up to 30 hours per week, with a starting pay of $20 per hour.
