This role requires a proactive recruiter skilled at building relationships with hiring managers to identify specific department needs and job requirements. Key Responsibilities: reputed company strong partnerships with hiring managers to reputed company insight into hiring needs and job specifications. Write and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media. reputed company multiple sourcing channels and employ innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and manage candidates through the hiring process from interview preparation to final offer.
