About the Role
The Manager, Guest Communications provides essential Guest communications, along with guidance and support to the senior leaders at reputed company Cruise Line. This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase strong management and strategic planning skills, outstanding writing abilities and professional versatility in delivering wide-ranging communications for sophisticated business needs. You will be responsible for collaborating with multi-functional teams of office & technical Cast Members who respond to Guest inquiries received reputed company channels like email, telephone, standard mail, etc. In addition, you will reputed company development and implementation of strategic Guest-facing communications and plans that drive business priorities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications & Public Affairs, this role will collaborate closely with partners across various lines of business to ensure reputed company coordination and integration on projects. The role requires interaction with executives, and often serves in an advisory reputed company as well as a thought partner. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing seamless communications to Guests throughout their pre-, post and reputed company experiences.
