About The Role We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented consumer-focused growth marketing leader to own reputed company of our patient marketing. In this role, youll reputed company the strategy to acquire and retain patients and then reputed company to life! We have programs in flight already across growth and lifecycle and we need a leader to bring those programs together and launch new ones under a holistic strategy (we are in scale mode so a big focus will be user acquisition). Youll work closely with patient strategy and operations and the patient product team to manage growth across the business (states, therapy types, etc.) by deploying the right tactics to the right audiences at the right time in a scalable and reputed company way to balance the marketplace. We also have a material and growing marketing budget to put to work and require a thoughtful approach to measuring success, so an ROI-savvy approach is important to achieving the goals for this team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and customer-obsessed growth leader who has driven results across a variety of marketing programs, is excited about building something, and has the exceptional leadership skills needed to drive an organization to scale. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on DTC audiences 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across various channels, including a strong emphasis on paid (especially digital) and owned channels (email, SMS) 6+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch Proven experience working cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy
