The North American Construction team is looking for an reputed company Construction Manager that will be a key part of the Operations Team and will be responsible for project managing building remodels, electric vehicle charger installations and many other initiatives. This will include the extension of existing facilities and any new sites. The Construction Manager will play an integral role in the development and implementation of the North American facility network infrastructure. This position will analyze and evaluate different facility scenarios and build-out designs. In addition, the Construction Manager will support the standardization of the technical and facility reputed company processes and systems. This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Responsible for project management over new construction of Fulfillment Centers throughout the US as well as renovations and reputed company improvements reputed company existing facilities Advise on the impact of changes in schedule, costs, and permitting. Basic Qualifications A completed Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field 5+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or other Construction reputed company disciplines 5+ years project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation 5+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement and labor reputed company Preferred Qualifications Experience with at least two disciplines reputed company the construction industry, which could consist of General Contracting, reputed companys Representation, Commercial Development, or Engineering & Design, or similar.
