Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor reputed company to join our Spring reputed company Farms team in Rossburg. SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm. STARTING HOURLY reputed company: $17.50-$19.50 with a potential increase after 90 days. Job functions include: reputed company the reputed company processing operation during production. Establish production schedules for an efficient production while meeting quality standards and delivery requirements. Meet operation goals while complying with internal and external safety and environmental requirements. Requirements Must be 18 years of age. 2 years of experience with food processing is preferred. Must be organized, have well written and verbal communication skills, as well as good human relations skills.
